Jonathan Gelman
  • PRINCIPAL

    Mr Gelman is the Managing Partner and Broker of Record for Gelcor Realty, and has been practicing industrial and commercial real estate since 1979. After graduating from Temple University, in three years with a degree in accounting, he joined Strouse Greenberg and Co. a prominent full-service regional brokerage firm. During his time at Strouse Greenberg he was awarded Broker of the Year and was the top producer from 1981 through 1983. In 1984, Jon and his colleagues formed Gelcor Realty.

    Throughout his career, he has represented public and private corporations, national and regional landlords, developers, and the REIT industry both locally and nationally. He has leased and sold in excess of 80 million square feet and over 4,500 acres of land. His reputation is that of the ultimate canvasser, not leaving any stone unturned. Jon has always prioritized his customer’s needs over his own, providing creative and honest solutions throughout the real estate transaction. His clients include Air Products and Chemicals, Johnson & Johnson, Hydac USA, J.G. Petrucci Co., Liberty Property Trust, Jaindl Land Company, Caterpillar Corp., UPS and Kraft Foods.

    Frank has Twenty years of experience representing industrial and office clients, specializing in tenant and landlord representation, as well as industrial sales and land development. 2017 Transactions Include 50,000 SF Flex Building in Horsham the sale of 85,000 SF Industrial Building in Bethlehem. The of two office buildings totaling 26,000 SF.

    Frank is a former member of the Warrington Township Planning Commission.

  • ASSOCIATE BROKER

    Mr. Nardi has been active in the commercial real estate arena for over thirty-five years. His background is quite diverse in scope. He started in the industry working as an office tenant rep salesperson in New York City, after graduating from Ithaca College with a finance major. From there, he moved back to his home state and began working for his family’s business, The Nardi Group, in Chicago which was active in development, local brokerage, construction, construction management and owners of industrial and office properties throughout the Chicagoland area. In his role as COO, he was responsible for the oversite of property management, ground-up development projects, land assemblages, the design and entitlement process and development of industrial parks as well as managing the company’s brokerage endeavors. In 1997 the company went through a three-way merger and became a publicly traded REIT, where Mr. Nardi was an EVP of marketing for the organization’s vast industrial portfolio. For the past twenty-three years, Mr. Nardi has been active on a national basis with Gelcor, focusing on investment sales as well as representing a handful of corporate clients in their acquisitions, dispositions and expansion activities. Mr. Nardi has transacted in almost every major market across the country and has an extensive list of brokerage, corporate and investor relationships throughout the entire country. Utilizing his extensive and quite diverse background, Mr. Nardi continues to provide his clients with the highest, professional-level service across the entire United States.
