Mr Gelman is the Managing Partner and Broker of Record for Gelcor Realty, and has been practicing industrial and commercial real estate since 1979. After graduating from Temple University, in three years with a degree in accounting, he joined Strouse Greenberg and Co. a prominent full-service regional brokerage firm. During his time at Strouse Greenberg he was awarded Broker of the Year and was the top producer from 1981 through 1983. In 1984, Jon and his colleagues formed Gelcor Realty.

Throughout his career, he has represented public and private corporations, national and regional landlords, developers, and the REIT industry both locally and nationally. He has leased and sold in excess of 80 million square feet and over 4,500 acres of land. His reputation is that of the ultimate canvasser, not leaving any stone unturned. Jon has always prioritized his customer’s needs over his own, providing creative and honest solutions throughout the real estate transaction. Pas clients include Air Products and Chemicals, Johnson & Johnson, Hydac USA, J.G. Petrucci Co., Liberty Property Trust, Jaindl Land Company, Caterpillar Corp., UPS and Kraft Foods.
